    The moderator had a point in the forum. The KFC corporation could sue Indiaforums for damaging their image in minds of customers by showing KFC food as unhealthy craving and bad for health. Even though your writing did not cross the boundaries but was liable for action by the company.

      Not really. I know the difference between libel, slander and facts. Facts can't be sued. If anyone purchases a product and their experience is unsatisfactory, they can speak about it and they can't be sued. That's why so many product review posts, blogs, YouTube videos exist. I paid for a product, I felt sick afterwards and I spoke about it. That can't be sued.

      If I had said that KFC is a horrid company having never used the product, then it can be sued.

      So don't worry, my post couldn't be sued in any legal ground. In fact I posted the unaltered post in this blog and trust me, KFC won't be able to sue me. The mod wasn't worried about being sued, I can tell you that.

Before I write this post, I'd like to warn that this is a very controversial topic. But since this is what's going on in India, I'd like to share what it looks like to me. The whole world hates ISIS today. Why? They are terrorists. They don't believe in democracy. If anyone dares to speak against them, they issue death threats and carries them out. They don't want to listen to any opinion other than what they think is right.  Now let's take a look at so-called Rajput Karni Sena who is issuing violent threats left, right and centre. Do they believe in democracy? I don't think so.  How can any group issue open physical threat to another human being in a democratic country without being branded as terrorist?
