Tia's Thread - Fix it all

Since Tia will be late tonight, I'll type in the episode details without Me comments.

Episode begins:

Dev enters his bedroom and pretends to cough in front of Sona. Sona offers him a bottle of water.
Sona: Drink water
Dev: Hello...If you do this, I'll only drink water and not know anything
Sona: What will you not know?
Dev: What I need to know
Sona: What you need to know?
Dev: What I should know?
Sona shouts Devvvv

Dev: Sonakshi,You have to tell me what you have to tell me. Me being here, about whom were you thinking, Who is more important than me.
Sona: Maa.
Dev: Maa
Sona: Before going to office,we will go to mandir to meet Maa.
Dev: Now
Sona: Then when? Dev you must have noticed Ma is spending more time outside than in home these days. There may be some problem.Maa is hiding something from us. Lets go once and see.
Dev: I'm ready to go now. But if we go now , then the reason Maa is doing this will not be fulfilled.
Sona: Which means you know why Maa is doing this.
Dev: Maa has not told me anything but my guess is....
Sona: Sayyyy
Dev: Maa doesnot want to interfere in our life. So she wants to stay afar from us.
Sona: Probably this is your guess and thing is something else
Dev: She doesnt want to repeat the mistakes she did last time. So, she is giving us time to be with each other.
Sona: What is the meaning of us being together if Maa isnt with us. I'll talk to her. I'll scold her. She should be spending time with us. She should be here with us.
Dev: I also want this. I also want her to stay at home, spend  time with her grandchildren, play with them and enjoy her life. She has done so much work. She should relax now and take rest.

Ishwari &Asha in restaurant.
Asha: Congratulations Ishwariji
Ish: This is all because of you Ashaji .If it had been me I would never have thought of going to this kind of office. Truth.
Asha: Friends job is to support their friends. You took the first step, showed courage , I was merely standing behind you. But the biggest happiness is the new start you wanted you got it.
Ish: New start. Listening to this word only my hairs are standing(meaning she is nervous), she is afraid, excited.
Asha: This doesnot happen with you only. It happens to all of us. We are afraid of new things and without fighting we give in to our fear. Then the anger of losing we take out on our dear ones, without thinking that till when our dear ones will praise us for our past work.
Ish: Hmmm. I dont know if my dear ones will praise my this work or will scold me. But the new good thing is from tomorrow,I'll start working, earning my money, not to be dependent on anyone
Its a small beginning but the change is big.(Hopefully it makes sense, I just realised I'm so bad at translating...LOL)
Asha: There will be another good thing from working. When you'll be working, your family members will miss you more. Evening when you'll come tired, all will care for you,look after you.
Ish: A better thing than this will be if I go to work, I wont come in between Dev-Sonakshi. When I stay at home, I keep hovering over both. They'll get time for each other.
Asha: Why are you telling this? They want to spend equal time with you also.
Ish: I know Ashaji that they love to spend time with me. But they need to spend time with each other, understand each other. This is their time


Jassi in the drawing room panicking

Jassi: Tell me what you want Sirji. If you dont tell me, how will I know what you want. Tell me I'll bring it.

Dev-Sona coming down the stairs
Dev: Long time, we saw a movie.
Sona: We will surely go this week.

Bijoy to Jassi: If you keep quiet for sometime, I'll do my work.

Dev - Sona  see Bijoy with some books in his hand
Dev-Sona: Baba!!

Sona: Baba, what are you doing here?
Mamaji: Arre Bhaisaab, when did you come?
Bijoy: I came 5 min before only.
Mamaji: Which books are in your hand?
Bijoy: These are Asha's books. She had to sign them and so he was taking them to her.
Mamaji: If you had told me earlier, I would have given my copy to get it signed.
Bijoy: Give it now. I'll get it signed.
Mamaji: Oh No. Ishwari took the copy from me at night.
Bijoy: Ishwariji read the copy. Please bring it from her quickly ,I'll get it signed.
Sona: The book has to be signed only na. It can be done later.
Bijoy: No. I have come here. Let me take it also.
Dev: Forget the books. Have breakfast with us Baba.

Bijoy: No no. You people start.I'll join in later. Need to make a urgent call.
Dev to Sona: What has happened to Mogambo? All ok ?
Sona: Shut up!! Lets go

Bijoy calls Asha wishing her to pick up soon

Ishwari-Asha in the restaurant
Ishwari: I'll do the work with full dedication so that my family will be proud of me like you rfamily is of your work. Lets go now.
Asha: Actually,I have to tell you something
Ishwari: Tell.
Asha: I dont have any other copy. This is the final draft.
Ishwari: I know. Elina told me
Asha: I lied to you because I didnot want you to read my book. Its based on our story. In anger I wrote more than necessary things about you. I thought
Ishwari: What you wrote is the truth. It is the mirror of my mistakes. I wont repeat these mistakes again.
Asha: Dont know how to put in words but it was the truth then.
Ishwari: What you wrote about me doesnt matter to me bcoz it doesnt matter to me what you were thinking of me then, bcoz  I know you have forgiven me now. All these things dont matter to me now.
Lets go otherwise we will write another book sitting here.
Asha nods.
Ish: The repeated unconsciousness things was a bit too much(jokingly to Asha)
Asha: No it wasnt too much. You used to get too much headaches those days (laughs it off)
Ish: Yes, so its my nutritionist fault. She didnt take proper care of me na. You should have told her.
Asha: Sure

Both leave laughing together.

Golu to Soha,Aarohi: Today I'll defeat you both

Riya: Thank you so much Bhabhi. You took leave from office to spend time with us.
Sona: Not for you. I took it for myself
Riya: Ha?
Sona: Bcoz I want to spend time with you both.
Riya: Aarohi got busy with her bro-sis. But I'm happy that she got her bro-sis back.
Sona: Just like you are there for Dev forever. Anytime you want come here.
Riya: With Aarohi, I also want to spend time here. What is with Nikki, any progress Bhabhi?
Sona: I think it will take time with Nikki to come back to this house.
Riya: I know Bhabhi. Nikki was always like this. In childhood, she used to take my dresses, ruin them and be angry with me.(Smiles lovingly). I miss my family...all of us together under one roof. I miss those days.
Sona: I miss our family too. I'll mend all the relationships that broke bcoz of me.
Riya: Yes Bhabhi. I wish Bhai and Maa's relationship becomes as the old one too.
Sona(surprised) : Means?
Riya: You know when you left bhabhi, Bhai hurt Maa the most. You know Maa loves Bhaiya the most. She wont tell anything but I feel there is something amiss still. Dev bhai didnt say anything to you about this.
Sonakshi thinks.

Dev comes home. Sonakshi is waiting in the sofa for him. She takes him to eat dinner. Jassi asks to serve dinner to Dev. Dev says Yes.

Sona keeps the plates
Dev: Thank You.

Jassi brings food.
Sonaksh is waiting for someone. Dev notices.

Sona: People tell that with time one should change. But something should never change with time.
Dev: What are you telling?
Sona: From the time I came here, I have never seen Maa waiting for you. Earlier she used to stay hungry and wait for you so that she can see you. You would come and be irritated that why she has not slept.
Dev: Now she is sleeping. She is eating on time. Its good only. You too wanted this.
Sona: Dev, you fully understand what I'm trying to tell. I fully understand that you missed your childhood. You lost the opportunity to enjoy your childhood. But these small moments will make you relive your childhood with your mother. I know you missed these moments. Just think how much Maa must have missed them? You can turn your back on me not on your feelings.
For a mother, to stay away from her child is very difficult. Just think,if for any reason Soha stops talking to you, will you be able to tolerate?
Dev: No, I wont be able to tolerate it.
Sona: Then, Maa has been tolerating this for so long. Hiding her tears she has been happy for you this time. Life is unpredictable. What you need to do, have to say, do it now, say it now otherwise
Dev: My Maa is very important for me Sonakshi, I cant live without her.
Sona: If you cant live without her, so cant she without you.
Dev: I gave her so much pain but she never scolded me, never told me anything, scolded me for anything.
Sona: Mothers are like that only they only want happiness for their kids. In turn, they only want to be loved.

Dev is sad looking upstairs to Maa's room and thinking.

Dev asks Sona to go with him, holding his dinner plates.
Both enter Ishwari's room with dinner. She is sleeping. Sona signals him to go ahead.

Dev goes and sits beside Ishwari's bed and wakes her up calling Maa and touching her legs.
Ishwari wakes up surprised.

Ish: Dev...What happened Son? All ok ? Health is ok?(Tries to check if he has fever)
Dev: You're bad. Very bad. You stopped taking care of me. You stopped waiting for me at dinner. Even now you were sleeping. I am angry on you doesnot mean bcoz of my anger you'll be angry on me.(Phew!!) I have not given you the right to be angry on me. You have to take care of me. I can tolerate everything in this world but not staying away from you. We both are different from this world na. Then what happened.

Ish looks at Sona with tears.
Ish: Give the plate.

Dev gives the plate. Ish-Dev both are crying.
Ishwari feeds Dev.

Ish: How careless you have become? Dont care about your health a bit? Only tension of work. No one thinks about my son. And you(to Sona, who is smiling). I have lots of complaints for you. You both are same. Do I have to invite you separately? Come here(She scolds Sona lovingly)

Sona goes near her.

Ish: I told come and sit here.(She sits besides her on the bed)
This is your wife. She is my nutritionist. What about your own nutrition? She does a lot of work. First office, then kids, then old people of the house. Eat(She feeds Sona with her own hand).

All are crying happily.

Ish feeds both.

Ish: Look. You both have to take care of each other. One who doesnt , will not get but the other one will get scolding.Understood what I said.
Dev: You scold. You hit me.You kick me out of the house for sometime. Give me punishment for all the mistakes I did. I did many mistakes. Please scold.
Ish: You want punishment. Ok. I'll give it to you both. So, your punishment is that from tomorrow, I'll wait for you both for dinner. If you are late, I'll be hungry and you cant hide and go to your room.
Dev: I agree with this punishment.
Ish: Ok. Stop.

Ish feeds them both. All are smiling happily and eating.

Morning at the Breakfast table, all are sitting and eating.

Mami: Jassi, give some more to Dev.
Dev: All food you'll feed me only.

Sona looks on as she puts butter on her bread. Mami asks Jassi to go and bring fruits for kids. She herself serves Dev some more.

Mamaji looks on and whispers to Dev that he knows a secret.

Dev: What secret Mamaji?

Mamaji: Yesterday, you ate from Ishwari's hand ...right?
Dev smiles.

Mamaji: I dont know about you both. But I missed it for so many years.
Dev: May be Mamaji, the person whom you think is your dear one, you are angry on that person. After so many years, eating from my mothers hand felt as if he is back to his mom.

Ishwari comes ready and in hurry. Ask Jassi for water.
Sona is surprised. Ish asks Dev if he ate properly. Dev says Yes.
Ish: Give me a banana bhaiya.
Mamaji gives her one.

Mamaji: Again you're going to work.
Ish: Yes. Whatever you want to say , say but I need to go to work.

Mamiji: All household work I'll supervise . So, you only relax Jiji and enjoy.
Ish: yes you're right, for household chores, you , Sonakshi and Elina are there. So, I have no tension.

Dev is surprised. Sona is too.

Mamaji notices a watch on Ish's hand and enquires show me the watch.
Dev looks too.

Mamaji:Oh this watch is the one Dev bought for you. Your favorite one.(Ish smiles) But you used to keep it safely inside so how did you wear it today?

Ishwari ponders.

Elina: Wow Buaji!! This is really beautiful.
Ish stammers to find an excuse: In the mandir, I made a friend. While talking the topic of the watch came up and so I thought I'll wear it today.(Dev-Sona are looking at her amused). Now on, I'm going to get into the habit of wearing the watch daily.

Dev: Why dont you invite the friend to our house?
Sona stares at him and says to Ish: If you have made your mind, no need to think let me drop you.
Golu says All the best Soha says Bye Daadi.
Ish: Thank you.

Golu: from mandir, bring orange ladoos for me.
Ish: Yes, I will bring for you both. Going now, Bye.

Sona and Ish leave.
While leaving at the door.

Sona to Ish: Can I ask you a question Maa?
Ish: What is this. Go ahead for sure.
Sona: Maa, you're going out bcoz you want to give me and Dev space for ourselves.
Ish is surprised.

Ishwari is working in the office. Behind her Nikki and Lakshya hug as Nikki enters his office.
Nikki is behind Ishwari,looking at her phone and turns.
